Description

This dryer drive motor and pulley kit restores proper drum rotation by replacing a worn or seized motor. It delivers the torque to turn the drum via the belt so laundry tumbles evenly.

• Drives the drum through the belt for consistent tumbling

What's included: Drive motor and pulley

• Unplug the dryer; for gas models, also shut off the gas supply
• Disconnect the vent and access the motor by removing panels
• Release belt tension, remove the old motor, and transfer bracket/pulley orientation and wiring positions
• After reassembly, hand-rotate the drum to ensure belt tracking before test run
