Description

This fountain switch controls the refrigerator dispenser's user-activated circuit, so the dispenser responds when the lever or pad is pressed. Replaces a worn or failed dispenser switch to restore normal dispenser control. What it does:

• Acts as the user-activated switch for the water/ice dispenser circuit
• Allows the dispenser to energize the valve or auger motor when pressed
• Commonly replaced when dispenser fails to respond or is intermittent
• Helps stop unexpected dispenser activation due to a stuck switch
